Extremely compact structure
Its face-to-face length is much shorter than that of a conventional flanged ball valve.
FORGED VALVE RANGE
For projects specifying a forged valve body. Begin with the applicable standard, connection, pressure class, material grade and service conditions.

The photographed valve is a JIS 20K sample marked 304 and 40A. The downloadable drawing is for a separate PN40, DN15–DN100 series. They are shown as two different references and must not be treated as one exact model.
For a quotation, identify the required standard and pressure system first, then confirm the matching model, drawing, dimensions and material designation.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Thin-pattern ball valves (also known as wafer ball valves) have a short face-to-face length and are designed for piping systems with limited installation space, weight restrictions or narrow pipe spacing.
Its face-to-face length is much shorter than that of a conventional flanged ball valve.
Its compact size and low weight make installation easier in dense and complex piping systems.
It normally opens and closes with a 90-degree turn, provides low flow resistance and allows nearly unobstructed flow when fully open.
The simple construction makes disassembly and seal replacement convenient.
Thin-pattern ball valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, paper, district heating and water treatment systems, especially in pipelines where installation space is limited.
One-page DN15–DN100 reference drawing. It is not the matching drawing for the photographed JIS 20K sample.
